Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely stacked on the original pallet or in a sturdy box to prevent breakage during transit.
Arrange Collection
Choose between returning the items to our warehouse yourself or requesting a courier collection, which we can arrange for a flat-rate fee.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
